FAQ

1. When will my items ship?

We work with people around the world to support our inventory. Our suppliers typically ship orders within 3-7 days of receiving your order. From then, it takes 10-20 days to receive your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

2. What if my adress is incorrect?

Unfortunately, Ardor is not liable if the address on the package is incorrect. We recommend you double-check your billing and shipping address before placing your order.

Ardor is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.


3. What is Ardor's return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at apparelbyardor@gmail.com.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. There will be a one time $5 restocking fee for each package that is returned (Key word: Each package, NOT each item) The remaining balance will be refunded back to the original payment method. 

4. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy our product.

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

6. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected please navigate to the "Contact Us" tab, fill out the form, and we will be happy to help you!
